Product Manager, Sub-Saharan Africa Product

In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across operations, technical, business, retail, and finance teams. The successful candidate will focus on analyzing customer trends and behaviors, deep diving opportunities to improve site-level performance across key metrics including traffic, conversion, and order economics. They will set up and lead programs of work that optimize future performance by identifying structural improvements, testing hypotheses, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience and accelerate growth. You are expected to work through ambiguity, cut through clutter to find right problems to solve and partner with stakeholders across operations, tech and business (instock, operations excellence, marketing, category) to build world class solutions. All this while building with right speed.
