About this Role: iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Assembler operator in our Cypress, CA location. Our production environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include : Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s and safety requirements Comply with iRhythm’s Core Values, policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write and communicate in English High attention to detail Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities Ability to work towards a high quality standard Communicate material and equipment issues to Line Lead Perform routine minor maintenance Familiar with or ability to learn proper Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes and procedures Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace 0-25% Completion of Production Training Matrix Proficiency Soft Skills: Teamwork - work together to achieve great quality result for our patients and customer Dependability and reliability - strive to attain result on time; convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closure Communication - successfully provide feedback and collaborate across functional team Experience: Minimum 0 -2 years related experience in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered Physical Demands Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and/or transferring equipment and materials of up to 20 lbs; considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
