AFH Key Accounts Manager, EPDM

About the position: J oin the EPDM Away From Home Team as a Key Accounts Manager and help to Win, Grow & Retain business with the biggest international QSR chains (like McD, BK, KFC, 5 Guys), Hotel groups (like Accor & Hilton), Cruise Lines (like Royal Caribbean) and contract caterers (like Sodexo & Aramark). In brief, you are responsible for: Manage business and relations with EPDM Key Accounts; Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for EPDM Key Accounts; Own the Risks & Opportunities pipeline for EPDM Key Accounts; Create & deliver sales pitches; Manage international tenders, own negotiations and coordinate actions across countries; Lead monthly, quarterly and annual customers’ business reviews (internal & external); Collaborate with the EPDM cross-functional team (Growth, Finance, Supply, R&D, Culinary).

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. 3+ years of experience in sales and Key Accounts Management; Preferred but not required: 1+ years of experience in Away From Home; Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and joint value creation projects; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders; Clear written and verbal communication, ability to create & deliver sales pitches; Proactive, pragmatic and able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
