Field Support Associate

Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Role: Field Support Associate The Team: Our team supports business users leveraging CRM systems and digital tools within S&P Global Energy to attract new clients and retain existing customers. We work within an Agile framework to deliver strategic initiatives across platforms including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Quip, and LinkedIn Sales Nav, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and ensure systems align with evolving business needs. Responsibilities and Impact: Support business teams by ensuring CRM and digital systems effectively meet daily operational and evolving business needs Manage and resolve support tickets for CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Quip) including troubleshooting and escalation coordination Maintain system integrations and oversee data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across connected applications Provide platform administration, user support, and operational maintenance to maximize system performance and user adoption Develop training materials, documentation, and knowledge articles while delivering user training to drive technology adoption Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives and identify process improvement opportunities What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) and business applications Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and integration processes within SaaS environments Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and stakeholders Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with experience handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Additional Preferred Qualifications: CRM certification (such as Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications) Experience working within Agile methodologies and project management frameworks Knowledge of data governance practices and data quality management processes Experience supporting integrated technology ecosystems and enterprise SaaS platform administration About S&P Global Energy At S&P Global Energy, our comprehensive view of global energy and commodities markets enables our customers to make superior decisions and create long-term, sustainable value.
