Location: Les Mates 43382, 17800 OLOT, Spain ¿Te gustaría formar parte de un sector estable y con muchas salidas profesionales?     SERRA , empresa asoci ad a a OTIS España, multinacional líder mundial y nacional del sector elevación, está contratando   AD M IN I STRATIVO (H/M)   en   OLOT :     Como   AD M IN I STRATIVO   (H/M) ,   tus funciones serán:   Atender a clientes y proveedores, tanto telefónica, email o presencialmente.   Preparar y redactar documentación necesaria para el correcto funcionamiento de la delegación, incluyendo ofertas comerciales, informes de gestión, cartas, gestión en Meta4, etc.   Gestionar cobro a clientes, tanto telefónico, por email o presencial, así como el registro y gestión de la aplicación interna de gestión de cobros, asegurando los objetivos de saldos establecidos.   Archivo y control de documentación.   Dar soporte en la coordinación de las distintas áreas: técnica, supervisión y comercial.   Asegurar la confidencialid ad   de la información disponible dentro de su área de trabajo, en cualquier ámbito, función y formato.   Participar en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.   Cumplir en todas sus actuaciones con los absolutos de la empresa ( Segurid ad , Ética y Calid ad ) .     Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:     FORMACIÓN :   Formación superior en área   Ad m in i stración.  Recomendable formación superior o especializ ad a en gestión comercial y/o gestión de cobros.     EXPERIENCIA : e xperiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones   ad m in i strativas con atención al cliente.     OFIMÁTICA :   Dominio MS Office.      IDIOMAS:   Español   obligatorio.
