• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize and evolve the product roadmap

• Provide technical leadership across discovery, design, implementation, and hypercare phases

• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, compliance and regulatory requirements

• Assess the impact of enhancements, releases and integrations across the Veeva ecosystem

• Support validation, risk assessment, change management and audit readiness activities

• Act as the Veeva subject matter expert, guiding vendors and reviewing solution designs

• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization and innovation

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platforms

• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models

• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design

• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams

• Veeva certification (Administrator, White Belt, Platform Associate, or equivalent) preferred

• Knowledge of Veeva domains, integrations, APIs, and regulated environments (GxP, CSV/CSA)

• Experience in multinational organizations with exposure to AI-enabled product delivery and automation

• In this position you will earn no less that: Poland: 17000 PLN gross/monthly, Portugal: 4700 EUR gross/monthly
