Vice President of Operations, Southeast Region

Our 25,000 employees raise the bar every day, bringing different perspectives, taking ownership, and leading with integrity.   We’re   defining the future of mobility with safe, sustainable solutions that move people, businesses, and communities forward.   As the Vice President of Operations, Southeast Region, you will serve as the senior operations leader and P&L owner responsible for the day-to-day management of all districts and local markets across the assigned SEA region to achieve operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistently high-quality customer experience. You will oversee region-wide, multi-district, multi-location operations across functions including operations, sales, marketing, fleet maintenance, and risk management, coordinating closely with Airport Operations and Legal on facility, concession, and contractual matters, and ensuring execution of company programs and initiatives in support of key business strategies.   As the senior field operations leader for the region, you will build and lead a team of Directors of Operations and location management teams, provide strategic and tactical direction across the region, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that grow revenue, increase profitability, and strengthen customer satisfaction across all markets in the Southeast Region.     What   You’ll   Do:   Set the strategic direction for and approve city and district operating plans across the SEA region that maximize revenue and grow market share while aligning with company   objectives   and guidelines.   Monitor regional performance against plans, adjusting strategies, procedures, and standards as needed to   optimize   profitability and operational results across all districts.   Establish regional performance targets and cascade monthly goals for each   district's   and location’s key performance indicators, including revenue per unit, transactions,   utilization , and incremental sales.   Own the regional P&L: forecast, budget, and manage key financial drivers, including revenue, market mix, fleet size,   utilization , wage expense, daily dollar average, and incremental revenue penetration across the Southeast Region.   Direct and oversee fleet distribution activities region-wide to ensure   appropriate vehicle   availability across all districts and locations.   Oversee fleet maintenance, repair, and reconditioning activities across the region to ensure safety, reliability, and readiness.   Evaluate regional physical inventories to   maintain   the   appropriate mix   and age of vehicles.   Partner with Corporate Sales and Marketing and Regional/Senior Leadership to develop sales policies, long-term   objectives , and regional marketing plans that support revenue growth and customer experience goals.   Review, approve, and prioritize capital projects across the region and analyze operational and financial reports to support informed decision-making at the regional level.   Oversee administrative functions across the region, including bill payment and   personnel   record processing.   Build and   maintain   senior-level professional relationships with local and regional business organizations and governmental agencies to protect company interests and resolve operational challenges.   Ensure all Quality Assurance standards are consistently met across all locations in the region.   Hire, lead, develop, and evaluate Directors of Operations and district management teams, fostering a performance-driven culture aligned with company goals and HR policies across the Southeast Region.   Serve as a member of the Regional/Senior Leadership Team,   representing   SEA operations in company-wide strategic planning.   Coordinate day-to-day with Airport Operations, Legal, and other
