The Wealth Colleague Experience team, within Wealth National Office, brings together colleague experience, onboarding, early talent, learning and enablement, and recognition and rewards. Through these areas, the team creates practical, engaging, and colleague-centered experiences that help Wealth colleagues feel welcomed, supported, recognized, and equipped to succeed throughout their career journey. The Wealth Learning Designer will play a key role in helping Wealth colleagues build confidence, adopt new ways of working, and access the tools and resources they need to perform, grow, and thrive.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Wealth Learning & Enablement, the Wealth Learning Designer will support learning initiatives across pan-Wealth journeys, strategic projects and career development. In this role, you will partner with business and change stakeholders to understand learning needs, recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, and design learning experiences that make change easier to understand and apply. Design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that help Wealth colleagues confidently adopt tools, processes, and new ways of working. Create practical job aids and reference guides that help colleagues apply learning in the moment and build confidence in day-to-day work. Build and maintain dynamic SharePoint sites that organize learning resources, improve access to information, and create a clear, user-friendly colleague experience. Collaborate with change managers, business partners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate business objectives into effective instructional content and digital learning experiences. Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learner experience design practices to create e-learning modules, reference guides, infographics, videos, and multimedia resources. Integrate Thrive Pathways and other development resources into meaningful learning journeys that support colleague growth and continuous learning. Use evaluation data, learner feedback, and learning metrics to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities, and continuously improve learning solutions. Stay current on emerging technologies, AI-enabled learning, digital learning trends, and best practices to enhance the quality, relevance, and impact of learning experiences. Design, produce, and develop demo videos, simulations, and other visual resources that make complex information easier to understand and apply. Manage multiple learning deliverables from intake through implementation, balancing priorities, timelines, stakeholder feedback, and quality standards. Job Requirements: Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of related adult learning, instructional design, learning experience design, or training development experience.
