Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Planner based in Seoul to oversee the Korea, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand markets. Purpose: In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing internal capacity, and aligning supply and demand to meet customer requirements for Korea, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand markets. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, optimizing supply chain costs, and maintaining the integrity of Product Master Data. The scope of responsibilities described in this role may change depending on organizational changes, business needs, and adjustments to role ownership or work allocation. You will be responsible for : Lead and facilitate the Demand Planning and Market IBP process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market priorities. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by using statistical forecasting, historical demand, market trends, commercial inputs, and portfolio assumptions. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, RA, and other cross-functional partners to build consensus forecasts and capture risks, opportunities, and key business assumptions. Monitor forecast performance and drive improvement actions using key metrics such as MAPE, bias, FVA, and forecast accuracy. Support new product launches, phase-in and phase-out planning, tender or promotion demand, and lifecycle management by ensuring timely demand assumptions and system updates. Prepare demand review materials, highlight key changes, and communicate clear business insights, risks, and required actions to relevant stakeholders. Develop and execute supply and replenishment plans to meet business requirements while optimizing inventory levels, DOS, service level, and supply chain cost. Conduct regular supply reviews with regional and market partners to identify supply gaps, backorder risks, allocation needs, and replenishment priorities. Manage inventory health by monitoring slow-moving, excess, short-dated, and at-risk inventory, and by driving mitigation actions to reduce write-off cost. Coordinate with logistics, customer service, RA, quality, commercial teams, and regional supply chain partners to support timely product availability and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate planning parameters and product master data in ERP and planning systems to support stable supply planning and execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify planning processes, improve data quality, strengthen inventory management, and enhance planning efficiency.
