We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle ambiguous initiatives and help design long-term solutions for our ultra-fast fulfillment network in Canada. You will work both tactically and strategically, solving complex problems in supply chain planning, launch, and network optimization Key job responsibilities - Manage complex supply chain initiatives with considerable impact - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to strategic narratives and communicating across diverse functions - Implement long-term supply chain strategies that balance speed, cost, and service performance - Drive process improvements that impact organizational goals across programs and potentially multiple countries - Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Science to optimize supply chain performance - Navigate contentious issues across stakeholder teams, building consensus and influencing without authority - Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and implement scalable solution A day in the life Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children.
