Paralegal/Contracts Associate

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Paralegal/Contracts Associate to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to: Review sponsor and vendor contracts; Review confidentiality agreements; Send out executed contracts; and Draft termination letters to vendors Act as the main point of contact for contract database; Provide contract process support to internal teams; Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research; and Complete special projects as assigned.

Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certificate; 0-3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts adminstrator; and Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
