As a CI ECM & Resiliency SMS at John Deere Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA you will:
Have ECM workflow responsibilities across multiple commodities impacting quality, warranty, safety, cost, and resiliency in a current running production environment. In addition, individuals will lead supplier resiliency improvement projects in support of risk reduction and production continuity. These responsibilities will be completed in conjunction with commodity ownership peers in Procurement, CI Cost, SCI, and the engineering organizations.

3 or more years in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Material Flow roles. 3 or more years of SAP experience Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities with the ability to pivot based on criticality of need Demonstrated project management skills What Makes You Stand Out
Experience executing ECM workflow in CI or SCI environments. Supplier cost negotiation experience Demonstrated abilities with interpersonal communications and in building relationships internally and externally. Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Info Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
