Senior Sales Specialist - AI Workforce

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to help customers accelerate their AI, cloud, and security transformation journeys. In this role, you will engage with senior business and technology decision-makers, develop strategic customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive the adoption of Microsoft Security solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business objectives through innovative security, cloud, and AI technologies while delivering revenue growth and market impact.

Build and maintain executive-level customer and partner relationships, leading strategic conversations around security, AI, and cloud transformation. Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities while driving customer value and business outcomes. Develop and execute account and sales strategies that align Microsoft solutions with customer priorities and long-term objectives. Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management using data-driven insights and market intelligence. Collaborate across Microsoft teams and partner ecosystems to deliver successful customer engagements and accelerate adoption of Microsoft Security solutions.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in technology sales, solution sales, account management, or related roles; or equivalent experience.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field and 8+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12+ years of experience in technology sales or account management. 6+ years of solution sales or services sales experience.
