In addition to your cybersecurity expertise, we're looking for professionals with strong German and English language skills , who enjoy working in multicultural environments and collaborating with international stakeholders. You will work on challenging cybersecurity projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across areas such as Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Cyber Transformation. As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise Your key responsibilities
Support clients in designing, implementing, and improving cybersecurity processes, controls, and technologies. Participate in cybersecurity projects across different domains, including Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, Threat Detection & Response, Vulnerability Management, and Governance, Risk & Compliance. Analyze security risks, incidents, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats, providing actionable recommendations. Contribute to the implementation and operation of security tools and platforms. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity requirements are aligned with organizational objectives. Support security assessments, audits, compliance activities, and remediation initiatives. Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and project teams. Continuously identify opportunities to improve security processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Stay up to date with industry trends, evolving threat landscapes, and emerging security technologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have
From 1 year of experience in one or more cybersecurity domains, such as Security Operations, SIEM, Incident Response, Cloud Security, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture, GRC, or Cyber Risk. Experience working with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, or processes. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and security best practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience with leading security platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Security Solutions, Splunk, Elastic, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SailPoint, CyberArk, ServiceNow, or similar tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.). Understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, or GDPR. Relevant certifications such as Security+, SC-200, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent.
