As an Assistant Regulatory Compliance — License Coordinator , you will support agent onboarding, licensing, appointments, and related compliance activities for our client program. This is a Work at Home position for US based applicants, supporting a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. dayshift schedule . This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing timelines, and ready to learn while helping new hires move through licensing and onboarding requirements with confidence.
Essential Responsibilities
Act as the site-level agent/representative onboarding and licensing contact between the Vendor and Client Oversee and report on timely licensing and appointment of agents Order and schedule fingerprinting with new hires, where applicable Conduct appropriate follow-up to respond to agent questions and help meet individual state resident and non-resident requirements and timelines Manage other required onboarding activities as needed Maintain accurate agent/representative attribute files Build and maintain strong working relationships with trainers Support licensing activities with care, accuracy, and respect for privacy guidelines ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
