The Role
As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you'll take on a critical role of monitoring, controlling, and maintaining cutting-edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. You’ll be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges – ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our customers, offering insights into best practices and resource utilization. You’ll be vital in maintaining our infrastructure through monitoring and validating events and or alerts, executing preventative tasks and escalating potential outages or abnormal situations, applying a proactive approach to challenges. As a Unified Systems Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and specialists on projects and interact directly with customers to understand their needs – facilitating cohesive and successful partnerships. Required Skills and Experience Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Experienced in handling client communication and negotiations. Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical setting.
