The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured and complex environment requiring practical problem-solving, logical reasoning, sound verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to make prompt yet well-informed decisions.   The opportunity

The Service Line Quality enablement teams play a crucial role in facilitating the Annual Quality Reviews. Our primary responsibilities include generating reports and aiding the analysis conducted by the Global Service Line Quality Leadership. Associates are expected to develop a range of skills and qualities that will help them contribute effectively to their teams and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities   Technical Excellence:

Execute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently. Develop working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled tools, SQL concepts, and advanced Excel to support reporting, data validation, dashboard review, workflow automation, analytics, and process improvement activities. Share knowledge and best practices with team members on digital tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement. Deliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness. Manage process deadlines effectively to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.

Understanding the importance of delivering high-quality service to clients. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients and stakeholders across geographies. Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting, automation, and process improvement requirements, and assist in translating them into practical dashboards, reports, workflow automations, or digital solutions under guidance. Support communication of dashboard insights, automation outputs, and technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner for clients and stakeholders.
