Deliver high quality care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs. Provide safe and effective nursing care, ensuring patients receive individualised support throughout their treatment journey. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient centred care. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families. Take accountability for your own clinical practice and maintain high professional standards.

Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC registration. Previous acute hospital nursing experience. A commitment to delivering safe, high quality patient care.
