The Buyer II, Project Procurement World Area Hub, is responsible for the tactical and strategic procurement of third-party goods and services supporting project execution across global operations. This role manages the end-to-end sourcing and procurement lifecycle for project-driven and buyout purchases, ensuring optimal total cost of ownership, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and project schedule adherence.

The successful candidate serves as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders by understanding project requirements, influencing sourcing decisions, driving competitive sourcing events, negotiating commercial agreements, and developing supplier relationships that support business objectives.
