To provide legal support to other divisions/departments to prevent risks for the Company and/or to protect the company before possible losses, to facilitate smoothness of the Company’s business operation by giving correct interpretation on applicable laws/regulations and advice for the rightness of Company’s operation orientation.   Hỗ trợ pháp lý cho các bộ phận/phòng ban khác để phòng ngừa các rủi ro cho Công ty và/hoặc bảo vệ Công ty trước những tổn hại có thể xảy ra, tạo điều kiện cho các hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty diễn ra thông suốt thông qua việc giải thích đúng đắn các luật/quy định pháp luật hiện hành và đưa ra các tư vấn cho định hướng hoạt động đúng đắn của Công ty.     Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc Corporate Governance/ Quản trị doanh nghiệp Support Head of Legal to maintain and update the governance framework, monitoring compliance with requirements in framework, coordinating governance committee and MC’s meetings, monitoring certain business processes, establishing and maintaining a record of operational procedures manuals, and analyzing monthly reports; facilitating the flow of information; provide key information to managers, MC’s members and committees; Liaise with MC members and fulfill their requests for information. Legal Advisory/ Tư vấn pháp lý Provide legal advice and support to the business while keeping in mind the PVA’s strategic and business objectives. Provide direction and guidance to facilitate PVA’s compliance with all applicable international and domestic laws, rules and regulations. Collaborate with the Senior Legal Manager/Head of Legal to establish, disseminate and implement PVA’s legal policies.
