Rabalais is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical projects, supervises electricians, ensures compliance with codes, and manages materials, schedules, and safety. Plan, direct, and supervise the work of electricians, including training, assigning tasks, and inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards Review construction documents, prepare cost estimates, requisition materials, and coordinate with contractors, municipalities, and inspectors to ensure timely project completion Diagnose electrical issues, maintain and repair electrical systems, draw sketches for installations, and ensure adherence to electrical codes and standards Maintain work orders, prepare weekly and annual reports, manage budgets, and document project progress Enforce safety practices, comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.

Typically requires a relevant degree or technical certification in electrical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field Proven experience in electrical work, project management, and supervising teams of electricians Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects, work in high elevations, crawlspaces, or trenches, and perform physically demanding tasks Proficiency in electrical codes, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and use of electrical tools and equipment Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage personnel and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
