Work You’ll Do As a Oracle Technical Implementation Senior Consultant on the team, you will: Drive the technical implementation of Oracle solutions across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, with accountability for delivering workable, scalable, and supportable technical components. Drive solution delivery for integrations, reports, data conversions, and technical design decisions in support of Oracle Cloud implementations. Partner with functional leads and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture, interface designs, conversion approaches, reporting solutions, and deployment plans. Lead technical workstreams through key implementation phases, including requirements confirmation, design reviews, development oversight, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, cutover, and hypercare. Oversee coordination with third parties and cross-functional teams for upstream and downstream system impacts, interface changes, reporting dependencies, and data readiness. Provide day-to-day leadership to developers and technical team members, including work allocation, design quality reviews, issue escalation, and milestone tracking.
