Position
Overview This position is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of engineering teams, preparing mission-critical equipment and materials, maintaining engineering laboratories, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and inventory management skills, and a friendly, flexible work ethic aligned with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases regularly. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking with procurement teams. Implement 5S principles for efficient materials storage and workspace organization. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely repair or replacement of equipment. Support preventative maintenance and calibration of engineering equipment. Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment and relocation. Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of PPE. Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards. Accurately document accumulated knowledge and procedures for future reference and training. Required Skills and Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Demonstrates expertise in arranging, maintaining, and optimizing physical workspaces, tools, and materials for maximum efficiency and accessibility. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Friendly and adaptable work ethic with a customer-focused mindset. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision. Basic analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Familiarity with engineering equipment (e.g., lab instruments, testing devices). Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and technical documentation. Workplace safety training and commitment to safety protocols. Basic understanding of Android & iOS operating systems. Knowledge and interest in utilization of AI tools such as Copilot
