Summary The Security Cluster Leader will manage security operations across multiple Schneider Electric offices, campuses, warehouses and manufacturing facilities within Bangalore. The position serves as the regional Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is responsible for governance, operational excellence, risk management, security technology, vendor management and compliance. The role will oversee multiple Security Officers and third-party security agencies while ensuring delivery of contractual KPIs and SLAs. Vendor Management Security Agency Governance Contract Management KPI Reviews Performance Management Cost Optimization Stakeholder Management Liaise with Schneider Leadership JLL Leadership Site FM Teams HSE HR Legal Corporate Security Compliance Ensure compliance with PSARA Labour Laws Data Privacy Corporate Security Standards ISO 45001 CTPAT/AEO requirements (where applicable) Training Security Awareness Emergency Response Active Threat Crisis Management Guard Training Reporting Monthly Governance Reports KPI Dashboard Risk Register Incident Analytics Budget Reports Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: Defence Officer Police Officer Security Management Qualification MBA preferred Experience 10+ years Corporate/Industrial Security. Minimum 5 years leading multiple sites. Experience managing minimum 5 companies/sites and multiple offices . Experience with multinational clients.
