As a Manager Key Account Partnership, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth across our partner ecosystem, leading key business relationships and account operations. Impact You'll Own • Drive B2B operational strategies to support commercial and profit objectives. • Manage end-to-end relationships with key accounts and channel partners. • Grow, protect, and diversify customer relationships to maximize opportunities. • Ensure high-quality customer service and effective issue resolution. • Deliver sales, retention, and growth targets through account planning. • Lead and develop a team aligned with business priorities. What You'll Do • Develop sales and account management plans for strategic partners. • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across accounts. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor retention, competitive activity, and market trends. • Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve mutual objectives. • Oversee operational plans that contribute to organizational targets. • Lead a team managing day-to-day interactions with key accounts. • Implement process improvements to optimize team performance. • Analyze account data to identify risks and opportunities.
