Lab Engineer 1, OMHS MHE Hardware

We are seeking an experienced Lab Engineer with a strong mechanical background to join our testing laboratory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various testing equipment, transducers, data acquisition systems, and mechanical assembly capabilities. Key job responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute test procedures for mechanical and electromechanical systems • Build, modify, and maintain test fixtures and equipment • Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test equipment and procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability • Participate in the assembly of material handling equipment • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration compliance • Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
