Role
The Account Manager role is primarily responsible for the execution of all marketing and creative for assigned accounts. They are the client’s day-to-day contact and brand steward within the agency, and should drive and carry out the execution of projects flawlessly across the client’s business. They support the senior members of the account team and effectively manage up to ensure open communication on the status of projects . Areas of Focus: Demonstrates the ability to lead projects independently; but works effectively to manage upwards and across the team Understand s role and function of other agency disciplines and when those staff members should be brought in to interface with the client Set s and communicate s clear expectations with the team for each project Maintain s a positive relationship between agency and client Understand clients’ business and strategic direction Assist s with the development of marketing and communications planning Follow s up on all work in progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met Manage s creative development, production, media planning/execution, network clearance, legal approvals, client approvals, etc. on assigned projects Kee ps immediate supervisor informed to status and progress of all projects. Monitor all budget, billing and production activity assigned and communicate status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel Help s mentor Assistant Account Executives Successfully maintains the core functions of the account: weekly status reports, contact reports within 24 hours, monthly billing, tracking estimates Builds trust in team members by taking initiative, responding quickly and accurately to requests from client and internal partners, managing multiple projects Qualifications/Traits: 2 – 4 years agency account management experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Confident and resourceful, can function with minimal supervision Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Exhibit excellent written and oral communications skills Dynamic agency member, contributing to a positive culture 

 The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions. $52,000 - $60,000 annually Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
