Key Responsibilities: · Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with brand strategies and campaign objectives · Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media · Work on ad campaigns, social media creatives, branding materials, and marketing collaterals · Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms · Create basic animations and motion graphics for social media and promotional use · Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams · Understand project briefs and deliver creative outputs within timelines · Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual consistency · Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices --- Required Skills & Expertise: Design Skills: · Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory, composition) · Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas visually · Strong eye for aesthetics and detailing Software Proficiency: · Adobe Photoshop · Adobe Illustrator · Adobe InDesign · Adobe After Effects · Adobe Premiere Pro · Familiarity with additional tools/software is a plus Video & Animation: · Experience in video editing · Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation · Knowledge of storyboarding and visual sequencing Additional Advantage: · Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI tools (such as generative design tools, AI-assisted editing, etc.) --- Qualification Requirements: · Graduate/Diploma from a recognized design school or institute · Formal training in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia Design --- Preferred Experience: · Prior experience in an advertising agency or creative agency · Hands-on work in campaign design, branding, and digital marketing creatives --- Soft Skills: · Strong team player with collaborative mindset · Good communication skills · Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines · Creative thinker with strong conceptualization skills · Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelors - Communication, Bachelors - Design, Bachelors - Graphic Design, Bachelors - Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Bachelors - Visual Communication Certifications Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AdobeAdobe Required Skills Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Customer Experience (CX), Design Thinking, Inclusive Design, User Experience (UX), User Interfaces (UI) Language English (Required) Language Proficiency - Proficient - C2 Additional Job Location - Job Type Regular Master Skill List - Creative Design Remote Type - Hybrid Work Shift - Rotating (India) Why join
