The Job: As a Receiving Team Lead, you’ll be part of our Fort Mill team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: • Conduct daily team meetings to delegate tasks and announce goals. • Oversee and perform RDT (Radio Data Transmitter) and physical counts of inventory. • Troubleshoot associate issues and provide guidance as needed. • Ensure compliance with all work instructions and ISO standards. • Run department reports related to stocking and inventory. • Perform physical inventory adjustments and maintain accurate records. • Lead the put-away process for incoming merchandise, ensuring items are stored in correct locations. • Monitor and replenish pick locations to support order fulfillment. • Train team members on receiving, put-away, and replenishment procedures. You also have: • Knowledge of distribution center layout and product catalog numbers. • Certification to operate forklifts, order pickers, and turret powered industrial trucks and proven ability to work safely with above-average accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) reporting and display. • Ability to lift up to 33 pounds independently.
