We are looking for a Manager of Content Licensing Finance to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract . In this role, you will oversee revenue management for the Global Content Licensing business across various Paramount brands and work closely with Content Licensing and Finance teams to provide P&L analysis, financial insights and decision support. What you’ll do
Support the preparation of the Long Range Plan, Budget, Quarterly Outlook and Monthly Financial Reviews for Content Licensing, working closely with business partners and Finance colleagues. Report financial variances and key drivers of change to business partners and business leaders. Analyse revenue trends and identify potential risks and opportunities versus forecast, providing actionable business performance insights. Support management in assessing and evaluating new commercial initiatives . Build strong relationships across the business and provide financial decision support to help identify strategic opportunities. Build Ultimates and participate in Greenlight processes . Develop and maintain world-class financial and operating processes . Identify opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. Provide and respond to various ad hoc financial analyses, reports and information requests .
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field . 5+ years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting . 2+ years of Content Licensing revenue experience is a strong advantage. CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus. Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS or equivalent financial and accounting principles . Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data and translate it into meaningful business insights. Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal stakeholders. A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively and adapt to a changing industry and organisational environment. Strong customer service mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to support stakeholders and their priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with SAP and/or Longview is a plus. A genuine interest in and passion for media, entertainment and technology .
