About this role
The Adobe Fonts and Type team is rapidly transforming how typography is discovered, customized, and experienced. We are passionate about the future of using fonts, and looking for a font licensing and cost analyst to help inform our strategy. Here's what you'll do: Adobe Fonts Service Cost Analysis Support Adobe products by analyzing and developing font royalty payment models Monitor and calculate projected impact of product features and changes on font usage and associated royalty costs Data Insights Monitor user engagement with font groups and languages to inform catalog strategy Track the comparison of Adobe Fonts to competitor font libraries Use analytics to model alternative usage scenarios Adobe Originals & Reseller Management Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to inform pricing strategies that accurately reflect Adobe Originals value and budget Maintain relationships with resellers and track Adobe Originals revenue Act as liaison between enterprise customers and resellers Enterprise Customer Support Respond to inquiries on font licensing, misuse, and terms of use. Partner with Adobe Customer Success team to understand enterprise workflows and improve font solutions. Join meetings with Adobe Care and track feedback via UserVoice to address issues and anticipate trends that relate to enterprise font use Maintain HelpX documentation related to enterprise use and font resellers . Required Skills & Qualifications: Familiarity with enterprise software needs and SaaS business models Strong understanding of pricing and revenue models Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and support teams Meticulous with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in typography and font foundries Advanced Excel or data visualization skills (e.g., dashboards, trend analysis).
