We’re looking for a confident, sales-focused Product Specialist to join our Electrophysiology team in Adelaide, South Australia . In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with healthcare professionals, support the adoption of innovative technologies and help deliver engaging educational programs that strengthen clinical capability across Australia. This is a full time, permanent role —an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact, build valuable experience in a fast-evolving field and contribute to better outcomes for patients living with cardiac arrhythmias.
Responsibilities
Own and grow your territory —build a bold sales plan, uncover whitespace and convert high-value opportunities into sustainable revenue. Hunt for new business —prospect across hospitals and EP labs, open new accounts and create momentum from first conversation through to close. Win competitive conversions —demonstrate compelling clinical and commercial value to accelerate adoption of our EP portfolio and grow market share. Build influence where it counts —develop trusted relationships with electrophysiologists, cath lab leaders, procurement teams and other key decision-makers. Drive the full sales cycle —maintain a high-quality pipeline, forecast accurately, navigate commercial processes and close with pace and discipline. Turn clinical excellence into commercial growth —coordinate case coverage, product education and account activity with Clinical Specialists to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Stay ahead of the market —bring competitor intelligence, customer insights and emerging opportunities back to the team to sharpen strategy and accelerate growth.
About You
Strong sales experience with a record of winning business and achieving targets. Electrophysiology experience and knowledge of EP procedures and technologies. A hunter mindset with strong communication and influencing skills. Clinical backgrounds are welcome, especially in EP or cardiac care.
