Who we are looking for Regulatory Reporting Specialist you will have exposure to many client relationship management aspects with an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast moving financial services environment. We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory submission, preparing, validating, and submitting regulatory reports to EU regulators, while supporting regulatory change initiatives and maintaining strong governance over reporting processes. Financial and Regulatory Reporting department is responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, half year end and year-end financial statements for investment funds Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for. What you will be responsible for Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to relevant EU authorities. Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc regulatory reports in line with EU regulations. Perform data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate data issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure on‑time, error‑free submissions. Develop and build up a strong relationship with internal and external clients. Ensure sufficiently trained staff is available to service the client/s and deliver quality service. Participate in the implementation of client specific projects (new business development review, planning & roll out) and client onboardings. Evaluate current methods and strategies. Communicate and manage implementation of changes and improvements.

Advanced Excel skills; Minimum Salary: ​ zł68,004 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
