THE JOB: As a Food Runner for La Pizza & La Pasta at Park MGM , you will deliver an authentic and engaging dining experience by serving guests with courteous, timely, and attentive tableside service in a lively, high‑energy Italian marketplace setting. You will present each dish with confidence and enthusiasm, clearly describing menu items and answering guest questions to enhance their understanding and enjoyment of the cuisine. By working closely with the culinary and service teams, you will ensure accurate and efficient delivery of food while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, helping create memorable moments that reflect the vibrant, social atmosphere of La Pizza & La Pasta.
