Create an environment within the team that drives continuous improvement and innovation. Work in conjunction with the Country Account Lead to develop a strategic business plan for the delivery of the services and be responsible for the delivery of that plan as required. Identify and share best practices, identify valuable analytical content and promote it across the organisation and drive standards Comply with all requirements of the contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure the processes and procedures within the account (be they client or JLL owned) are monitored and updated as per the Master Services Agreement (MSA) Ensure the integrity of the data within the various systems being used to manage the account, including MI and maintenance of system drawings. Escalate any issues as appropriate. Ensure all contractual and ad-hoc reports are delivered on time. Regularly engage with the Account’s Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, Small Projects and EHS leads to ensure that schedules are compliant as per the above. Follow up with vertical entity Leads/site FM teams for data to be collated as required. Ensuring data accuracy while preparing of all reports. Sound like you? Be the single point of contact for coordinating with market and Entity leads to support sub regional initiatives by driving implementation and delivery. Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management services to the client; Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Account Management; Monitor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.               Acts as a role model for Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently with cultural requirements, participating in company activities. Acts as ambassador and lead by example regarding JLL Code of Ethics. Strong experience in CRE related sustainability and CNZ Strongly goal-oriented to meet all performance targets. Sets objectives and measurable goals and motivates others to achieve them. Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of team and client staff. Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements. Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems; Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable; Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
