KBR is seeking a highly motivated candidate to perform Enterprise-level Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) support for an Intelligence Community Space customer. The candidate will work across the Engineering and Requirements teams, in conjunction with Architecting and Digital Engineering teams to support Enterprise Risk management, end-to-end Enterprise Systems Engineering across GEOINT, SIGINT, Transport, Resiliency, Warfighter Support, and Enterprise Integration portfolios, and ground enterprise engineering.
Responsibilities
Assisting in capturing and categorizing technical risks, issues, and opportunities (RIOs) across system-of-systems architectures. Helping senior engineering teams develop, test, and document risk mitigation plans and remediation strategies. Maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts, risk registers, and system engineering plans (SEPs). Facilitate meetings and provide technical presentations to outline risk impacts on enterprise, functional, and system-level design requirements, interfaces, architectures, and CONOPS. Assisting in executing engineering assessments, Courses of Action (CoA) evaluations, and formal trade studies. Demonstrating an understanding of the overall systems engineering process. Support the enterprise risks, issues, and opportunities process and facilitation of risks Work Environment: Location: On-site - Chantilly, VA Travel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with polygraph Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred) 10-15+ years’ experience working in systems engineering in support of government systems acquisitions and enterprise services Ability to collaborate across stakeholder organizations Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across systems engineering groups Strong foundation in systems lifecycles, configuration management, requirements tracking, and risk methodologies Basic Compensation: $150,200 - $206,500 This range is for the Virginia area only The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
