Senior Operations Engineer - Cyro-Mechanical

Lead end ‑ to ‑ end program planning and execution for Cryo-mechanical engineering initiatives, including Cryostat installations, maintenance and upgrades, and associated mechanical designs.   Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, critical paths, and risk mitigation plans across internal teams and external suppliers.   Develop automated processes which minimize overhead while still providing robust scheduling, record keeping and inventory management.   Introduce tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that improve predictability, traceability, and engineering throughput.   Propose, design, build and deliver solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights and support on-going operational usage.   Develop tactical schedules that coordinate simultaneous operations, anticipate coverage gaps, and enable leadership to address them proactively.   Other   Embody our  Culture  and  Values     Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications  Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience  OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience  Other Requirements  Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
