Title: Director, Marketing Launching Trinzic KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions business is expected to spin off in January 2027 and will operate as Trinzic, an independent, publicly traded company with 18,000 employees, a global presence with more than 60 locations, and more than $5 billion in revenue. This is a once-in-a career opportunity to help launch a global brand and create a lasting impression for a modern, tech-forward national security company with customers like NASA, the U.S. Department of War (DoW), and the intelligence community. About the Role
As the Director, Marketing you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the Trinzic brand across all audiences, channels, and experiences. This role is responsible for defining, elevating, and safeguarding the company's brand identity while driving creative excellence that strengthens market presence, builds engagement, and supports business growth. Following the launch of the Trinzic name, logo, tagline, and visual identity in July 2026, this leader will play a pivotal role in transforming a newly established brand into a recognized force within the national security and space markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape how customers, employees, investors, and industry partners experience and connect with the Trinzic brand from day one. We are seeking a strategic brand builder and exceptional storyteller who can translate complex technical capabilities, from astronaut training and space domain awareness to high energy lasers and systems integration, into compelling narratives, impactful campaigns, and distinctive creative experiences. This leader will oversee all brand and creative execution across digital, print, events, executive communications, investor materials, social media, internal communications, advertising, and other corporate assets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand strategy and creative leadership gained within a leading agency, Fortune 500 organization, top-tier defense contractor, or similarly complex environment. Success will be measured through brand awareness, audience engagement, employee adoption, campaign performance, and overall contribution to corporate growth objectives. This role will be based out of the Arlington, VA office and will be a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance Lead the development and execution of the company's global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities. Drive brand adoption across global markets, balancing consistency in messaging and identity with the unique needs of local regions. Serve as one of the leaders responsible for establishing, scaling, and protecting the Trinzic brand during its first years as an independent public company. Establish and maintain brand governance, standards, guidelines, and approval processes across the organization. Drive the evolution of the brand positioning, voice, and value proposition to strengthen market differentiation and awareness. Creative Leadership & Content Development Lead and develop a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Oversee the development of creative assets and campaigns across digital, print, video, social media, events, executive communications, and other marketing channels. Ensure creative output reflects brand standards, business objectives, and audience needs. Direct creative strategy and execution for major campaigns, launches, internal and customer programs, leadership initiatives, and corporate events.
