Position
Overview We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Consultant, Data & Analytics to join our global Data & Analytics Engineering organization. This role is integral to delivering data and analytics solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the enterprise. As a Consultant, Data & Analytics, you will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and reliable Data & Analytics products and services. Your responsibilities will include data integration, data processing, data modeling, reporting, analytics, and support of end-to-end data solutions used globally. You will join a global network of data and analytics professionals, working in accordance with enterprise standards, development methodologies, and industry best practices. This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to quality, and a sense of ownership for delivering solutions that create business value. This is a maternity cover role. What You’ll Do for Us: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support Data & Analytics solutions across the full software development lifecycle, including data integration, data processing, data modeling, reporting, dashboards, security, and system integration. Build and support data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics solutions, ensuring reliability, quality, performance, and adherence to enterprise standards. Follow Agile and DevOps practices while performing testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring, tuning, and production support activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge assets, and implementation materials to support solution delivery and operational excellence. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive value. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, automation, solution quality, and team effectiveness. Continuously developing technical expertise by staying current with Data & Analytics technologies, industry trends, and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled productivity tools. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Informatics At least 1 year of proven IT experience Experience with relational databases, data processing and reporting Strong general IT literacy (Windows, Excel, MS Office) Familiarity with AI technologies and AI-driven development Ability to quickly learn new technologies, take initiative, act proactively, and innovate Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to develop actionable solutions Technical Skills: Proven work experience with SQL & Python Software Development Tools (IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Git & GitHub) Knowledge of DAX, PySpark, Scala will be considered advantageous
