Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Assist in the documentation of software components and processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric. - Experience with integration and middleware technologies related to webMethods Fabric. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
