RIGHT NOW.   Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:   Cost Analyst Poznań, Poland   Your responsibilities:

Monthly & annual cost cycle activities for units supported by the European cost group. Rates calculation based on the unit’s Normal Studies. New parts costing and analysis of cost changes. Review of cost differences between products of different factories. Material & production variance analysis. Cost Management System monthly reporting of differences between standard and updated costs. S upport continuous improvement initiatives within the R2 costing team in order to get process alignment and standardization within the different units.

Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration or a comparable qualification. At least 2-3 years of professional experience. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. Ability to work on an international team. Expert in the use of applications such as SAP S/4 Hana and MS Office. Solution-oriented way of working. Analytical skills and affinity for numbers. Communication skills. Confident, process thinking and customer orientation.

Very good knowledge of written and spoken German is highly appreciated, as biggest products to cost are located in Germany.
