Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. We are seeking an Onsite Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to serve within the Advanced Programs Quality team. The PQE will support production and development contracts ensuring that program goals are accomplished while staying compliant to AS9100 requirements. The successful candidate of Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) Professionals will help safeguard the effective integration and implementation of RTX processes and procedures within the constraints of Raytheon Command Media. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate data to drive process improvements. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential, as the role requires close interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the production lifecycle. Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA), and quality management systems is highly desirable, along with a proactive mindset to address problems and optimize production outcomes. This position is an onsite role in McKinney, TX . What You Will Do : Drive integration and implementation of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to quality and customer requirements. Serve as a member of the Program team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver conforming products/services through effective partnership and compliance to processes and procedures. Work with cross-functional teams and program management to define and implement quality improvement strategies. Oversee root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities for systemic issues. Review and approve changes to the technical data package, assign actions when necessary and complete actions in a timely manner when assigned. This includes but is not limited to: Peer reviews, Engineering Review/Change Control Board (ERB/CCB) and/or Design reviews. Generate CORE (Customer Oriented Result and Excellence) and CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) projects to reduce costs/increase efficiency. Interpret command media in compliance to work being performed. Interface with customer and program team related to hardware DD-250 activities.
