This role oversees daily functions including merchandising, inventory, training, and marketing execution, while leading the team during assigned shifts.    When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable, the Supervisor assumes leadership responsibility—ensuring smooth operations, motivating the team, and upholding a positive, inclusive environment.  Related Job Titles: Store Supervisor, Retail Team Lead, Sales Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, Front End Supervisor, Keyholder.
