Build evaluation engines and trajectory frameworks to benchmark and optimize agent performance, safety, and response quality. Evolve distributed tracing for agentic workflows, enabling diagnostic visibility, tool execution tracking, and auditability. Scale enterprise registries and context knowledge systems, providing agents with tool discovery, semantic indexing, and contextual grounding. Own key platform metrics and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and partners, driving platform adoption and growth. Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management organization focused on strategic thinking and execution excellence.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure. 5 years of experience leading product management teams. Domain experience in AI/ML (trajectories, evaluation, and context knowledge). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree, or MBA. Experience building and executing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies for enterprise observability, cloud operations, or large-scale B2B SaaS solutions. Ability to balance customer-centric requirements for autonomous cloud strategy, enabling engineering partners to deliver self-healing capabilities. Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders on cloud and AI strategy. Expertise in synthesizing large-scale telemetry data, product metrics, and customer feedback to drive AI-native roadmaps and automate operations.
