Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations (GMO) Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Analyst, Marine Transformation.

This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida

Position   Summary

The Analyst, Marine Transformation supports GMO’s transformation efforts. Working under the direction of the Sr. Director, Marine Transformation, this role creates structure, visibility, and follow-through for transformation work across Global Marine Operations, with a practical focus on understanding how work flows today and where opportunities exist to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

As part of the Transformation & Performance Office, the role provides analysis, coordination, and documentation for initiatives that improve how work is understood, prioritized, and executed. This includes using data and metrics to support practical process improvement recommendations. Success requires curiosity, strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Essential Duties and  Responsibilities

Gather Information and Support Discovery :  Collect and organize inputs from stakeholders, documents, data, and working sessions to help clarify current challenges and improvement opportunities.

Document Processes and Ways of Working:  Create clear process maps and supporting documentation that show how work is performed today, where handoffs occur, and where gaps or improvement areas may exist.

Prepare and Edit Transformation Materials:  Develop and refine presentations, summaries, trackers, and change-related content so information is accurate, organized, and ready for stakeholder review.

Support Collaborative Meetings and Workshops:  Prepare, document, and follow up on meetings and workshops to help teams align on problems, decisions, and next steps.

Analyze Process Data and Metrics:  Compile and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, process issues, and improvement opportunities. Apply process improvement methods to help translate metrics into clear insights.

Support Process Improvement and Change Activities:  Help identify process gaps and translate improvement ideas into practical recommendations, change roadmaps, standard work, or implementation support materials.

Track Actions and Follow-Ups:  Maintain action items, status updates, and working documents to help assigned activities move forward with clarity and accountability.

Support Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Coordinate with teams across GMO, brands, and enabling functions to gather input, clarify open items, and support shared understanding.

Contribute to Transformation Tools and Standards:  Create and maintain templates, trackers, job aids, and other shared resources that support consistent transformation practices.

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or similar areas

1-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project
