Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Alfresco Content Services solutions, including workflows, custom content models, and integrations with external systems. Deploy and manage Alfresco instances on AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM), leveraging cloud services for scalability, security, and high availability. Integrate Alfresco with other applications using microservices architecture (Spring Boot), REST APIs, and Node.js services. Build and maintain modern front-end components for Alfresco applications using Angular and JavaScript. Integrate, configure, and optimize Apache Solr for advanced search capabilities within Alfresco solutions, ensuring fast and accurate content retrieval. Apply SQL expertise for efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning within Alfresco deployments. Monitor and tune Alfresco performance, including database connection pools, Solr indexing, and AWS resource utilization. Debug and resolve technical issues related to Alfresco, SQL, AWS, JavaScript frameworks, and Solr components. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.   Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Alfresco Content Services (Enterprise Edition). 2+ years of experience working with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM). Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs. Experience in designing and implementing Alfresco content models, behaviours, web scripts, workflows, and REST APIs. Experience developing integrations with external systems and building modern front-end components using Angular/ADF (Alfresco Development Framework). Familiarity with ACS and APS SDKs.   Preferred/Good to Have: Experience with ACS 6.x or later versions and understanding of the latest architecture. Exposure to CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub. Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes. Certification in Alfresco Content Services or AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer). Experience with Alfresco integrations using AWS S3 for content storage or AWS Aurora for database management. Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing on AWS. Knowledge of other ECM platforms or programming languages (Python, Kotlin).   Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
