What You Will Do
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Support the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of financial reports, using data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, while contributing to improving the visibility and quality of financial information. Fixed Assets & Internal Controls: Participate in the Fixed Assets Inventory project by collecting, validating , and analyzing information, as well as supporting activities related to the assessment and documentation of internal controls. Reporting Automation & Business Intelligence: Support reporting automation initiatives to improve process efficiency, using Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools to transform data into valuable information for the business. Process Improvement: Analyze financial processes to identify opportunities for simplification, optimization, and automation, collaborating with different teams in the development and implementation of improvements. Schedule Availability: Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Intermediate - advanced English: Intermediate - advanced English proficiency (B 2 or higher).

Finance & Business Processes: Understand how financial processes operate within an organization and how financial information contributes to business decision-making. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Apply data analysis and visualization tools to real financial processes, gaining experience in dashboards, reporting, and generating insights. Financial Controls & Reporting: Gain practical knowledge of Fixed Assets, Internal Controls, and Financial Reporting, as well as an understanding of the importance of controls in ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information. Automation & Continuous Improvement: Learn how to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement by using data and digital tools to increase efficiency. Cross-functional Experience: Gain experience collaborating with different teams and participating in real-world projects, strengthening the ability to communicate analysis and contribute to business solutions.
Qualifications
You Must Have: Currently enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree program, currently in the 7th or 8th semester. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
Qualifications
We Prefer Academic, professional, or project experience in data analysis, report preparation, or financial analysis. Previous experience using Power Query, SQL, or reporting automation tools. Previous experience using SAP or another ERP system. Experience using Power BI.
