The process of the planned separation is   anticipated   to be completed within 18 to   24 months , subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be   required , regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The IT Manager,   TPO   Portfolio   Project   Management serves as the primary owner of   Portfolio and Project Management technology products supporting   R&D and S upply Chain   product development and project activities . This role   partners closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to ensure technology investments are aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and product development needs. This position plays a critical role in   accelerating innovation,   driving visibility, governance, and value realization across the   organization   and reports into the   DePuy   Synthes Technology organization .

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned Portfolio and Project Man a gement technology platforms, ensuring cross-functional alignment.   Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams   to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.   Lead prioritization decisions to balance business value, compliance, and delivery timelines .   Serve as the primary point of accountability for product performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.   Collaborate with development teams to support agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.   Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and governance models.   Monitor product outcomes and KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value to the cross-functional
