We are seeking a person who is capable of being responsible for leading Agile Product Manager Engineering efforts, mentoring junior engineers, working extensively with Agile Development teams and Customer Stakeholders.  We're looking for a highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic and a strong ability to work in a collaborative fast-moving dynamic team environment. The primary team is located in Tampa, Florida with distributed team members embedded directly with the customer. This position requires full time work onsite at our Tampa, FL location. No telework available. This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen with Active DoD TS/SCI. The responsibilities of an TPM include:  The Technical Project Manager serves as the team liaison to/from program management, engineering, logistics, mission assurance, and customers. Manage program-level scope, issues and risks, and quality management. Development and delivery of presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholders. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with program managers, line managers, and clients. Focal point in driving engineering process development, continuous improvement, and affordability initiatives related to their specific program. Frequent collaboration with internal company and external contacts for quality check inspections and create and maintain documentation. Represents organization on specific projects and tracking metrics. May make presentations to small groups.

Bachelor’s of Science degree with 5 years’ experience, or Master’s with 3 years’ experience
