Position
Summary As Senior Manager, Payroll, you will lead the connection between Payroll and Finance, ensuring payroll data flows accurately and efficiently to Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and other downstream stakeholders. Today, many of these processes rely on manual workarounds, reconciliations, and intervention. You will play a critical role in transforming how payroll information moves through the organization by simplifying processes, driving automation and strengthening controls. Your work will ensure payroll data is reliable, scalable, and readily consumable by Finance teams across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role that sits at the center of the company's global payroll transformation and requires strong partnership across Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT functions. What You'll Do • Govern the end-to-end payroll-to-finance process, ensuring payroll information is accurate, timely, and usable by Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and other downstream stakeholders. • Simplify and modernize how payroll data moves across the organization, reducing manual effort and improving data quality. • Champion automation, standardization, and stronger controls to reduce risk and improve efficiency. • Partner with Finance leaders to resolve operational challenges and implement scalable solutions ensuring payroll accounting, reconciliations, funding activities, and compliance requirements are executed accurately and effectively. • Serve as a key leader in the company's multi-year global payroll transformation, helping shape future-state processes and technology solutions. What Success Looks Like • Payroll data flows seamlessly to Finance with minimal manual intervention. • Payroll accounting, tax reporting, and treasury funding processes are accurate, efficient, and well-controlled. • Manual reconciliations and workarounds are eliminated through automation and process improvements. • Finance teams spend less time chasing data and more time using it. • Global payroll transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
